NOT ONE MORE CHILD DROWNS
Not one more child drowns.
Water Safety
Drowning is the number 1 cause of death in children ages 6 months to 6 years.
Water self rescue survival classes can help give children the opportunity to survive an accidental water event that could otherwise take their life. We did not know about these classes, and will make every effort for them to be more widely advertised. Bean's Way will provide Grants to those needing assistance with the tuition for the classes.
Athletic Scholarships
As all of the little "Beans" grow up our second mission is to develop human potential by inspiring youth to achieve their dreams. We will be providing a graduating senior female athlete with a college scholarship. Our little Bean was very active and we are certain she would have followed in her mom's footsteps somewhere in the athletic arena. This scholarship is open to females of all sports.
